Not strictly speaking a main dealer, but a LR authorised bodyshop - thought you might like to hear about them:

Stupid woman reversed into 3 month old FL about 2 weeks ago GRRRR! It was parked up outside my mother in laws - how to make an already bad experience worse! Only very minor damage to rear bumper cover, but it needed replacing. Anyway, long story but she coughed to it and it was all sorted out. My ins suggested their bodyshop; i "suggested" otherwise as I only wanted an approved bodyshop doing the work.

So, got it back from Boars Tye Thursday and they did a really good job and the customer service was good too. The comms in particular was great, always kept me informed of what was going on.

The paperwork and warranty is all LR headed paper and it comes in a LR folder - it just gives the impression of a proper job done, especially when you come to sell. The vallet was only 8/10, but still came back a whole lot cleaner than it went in!

If you are unfortunate enough to need their services I would recommend them.
