Anyone been able to order a MY11

Hi

Just wondering if anyone has been able to place an order with a dealer for a MY11 yet? Mines due for replacement soon, and wondering what to do.

I can either get a standard loan, and keep our curr car for a while longer (never lasted more than 1 year with a car for a long time, so 3 years and still happy must be a good car)

Order a replacement now, for delivery 1st Sept. Presuming this will be pre-facelift, so although cheaper and easier, I'm guessing the residuals will be slightly hit, as most facelift cars have this effect.

Or get a loan, but with a view to paying it off after a couple of months, when ordering a facelift, and trading in current.

Just wish we knew when the facelift is being released, and when I could order to save some uncertainty.

Rich

United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 SD4 GS Auto Orkney Grey

Hi
I'm in a simlar position, however my 3 year deal doesn't end until Oct, so I will wait until early July and then order an 11MY. I think they are due end of Sept / early Oct. Salesman said an order in July will be an 11MY. Confirmed that the auto will be 190bhp and lower co2 emmisions, don't know of any actual difference in fuel economy though. Was already thinking of changing from manual to auto anyway. Hope to catch up with salesman at the weekend as the price lists were due out this week. Hope not too big an increase over 10MY Big Cry 1998 Feelander XDI Hardback - Gone

I hear the HSE SD4 auto 190bhp is going to be £1000 more than current HSE auto

delivery late sept, deals will be less atractive, so unless you need the facelift, snap up a my2010 deal

if it was me..... I would wait, order one for The customer launch day, the feeling of a newly launched car on launch day would be a good feeling Mr. Green Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Too busy at work this month to spend time haggling a deal. Should have more time in July. An extra £1000 will work out at about £30per month extra on a 3 year deal. However residuals may be better on a facelifted model at the end of 3 years, so may get some of this back with less depreciation. 1998 Feelander XDI Hardback - Gone

I guess if I wanted to reduce depreciation I'd buy a 10 year old FL1 and put up with the repair costs! Laughing 1998 Feelander XDI Hardback - Gone

Nice, bet you can't get a copy of them.

Marshalls in Peterborough have said that price lists will be out on Aug 5th.

I've decided to keep this car for a while longer, and go for a facelift sometime next year.

Seen dealer today gave me alot off info 150bhp td4 and 190bhp sd4 auto. Td4 and sd4 will have two different colours of grill sd4 brushed silver and td4 will be more like tungsten. Baltic blue will replace biscay blue. Sd4 auto only has 185 co2/km. Front looks like new rrs back has along chrome strip instead of the grey plastic boot handle. I have to go back and see him at end of the month to order, for delivery at end of September start of October hope this helps.
