well im chuffed to bits with mine at just 40mpg on the motorway and nearly 32mpg running around.

my last 2 cars were bmw 3 litres and neither did better than 25mpg  freelander 2 SE black and beige - now sold

I have just done the long round trip to the west country and managed around 400 miles out of my I6 on the full tank. That was doing around 60-70mph most of the way up the A303 etc so I am really pleased as it returned approx 27mpg for the round trip including the local driving. Very pleasant indeed Managed to find a petrol station selling at 118.9p per litre also
