Absolutely first class service, sorted out the niggles, recognised a warranty issue with the stereo unit, going back next week for a new one to be fitted!

Plus, the car was immaculate inside and out, and this was just after a few niggles were sorted. Absolutely stunning service, I know where I'd recommend!

Got my FL2 booked in for 3rd service at the end of May, always first class service and have sorted out some warranty work as well, so hopefully I will have new seat belts and new B pillar panels along with two new door mirrors.

Always helpful and always offer a courtesy car so me and the Mrs. can go shopping at the Metro Centre (That should be I follow and carry all the bags)

I can just about see the Stratstone garage from where I live, but still prefer to travel up to Team Valley, its worth the cost of Diesel, even at its current price.

Both wing mirrors fitted with new mechanism, no creaking or juddering when they close

All in all good quality and very professional.

Better than my dealership, after fitting new "B" TRIMS warn with seat belts they couldnt even fit the door seals properly so had to do it myself pluse there was a foot print with dirt on the back seat, not impressed

They had 2 goes at fixing the wheel alignment on my car, and still could not fix it! took it to Stratstone Newcastle who did fix it first time, now out of pocket to T V L R who refuse to refund me my money
