dont know if its the same on this forum, but often the PM will stay in the outbox until it is read by the recipient. After it is read it will go to the sent box. |

Thanks to all who replied. I see that my message has now moved to the sent box so has been read. I'm new to this site but think I am getting the hang of it now.

Just had an exchange of PM yesterday and everything worked out all right. On the other hand if your PM messages were directed to Gordon Brown than maybe it will take some time to be filled as SPAWN. No offence ment ver here the messages for the PM just go directly into the DELETE file FREELANDER 2 TD4 SE (XS UK) IZMIR BLUE SIDE STEPS COLD PACK BI-XENON TINTED WINDOWS - AND PROUD OF HER |

phpBB is quite unusual in this respect, most forums send PM's to the sent box straight away, as they have been sent, regardless of being read - it is commonplace on VBB and other "pay" forum software so its actually a quirk of phpBB rather than it being a PM which makes it work in this maner I appear to be addicted to Landrovers... TD5 D-Lander hopefully finished soon! FL2....this year with any luck! |

On many forums you get a pop up box when you log in notifying of a PM & gives you the option of reading it right away or later. (Past) Freelander 2 HSE 2010 MY In Rimini Red.
