On MY09 driver seat is 8 way, backward-forward, height and rake and lumber adjustment. For the passenger its 6 way - just don't have the lumber support. Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto

More adjustment on drivers seat in a HSE and includes electric lumber, my old SE had manual lumber support

there is no doubt the freelander has the worst seat adjustment of any car in this sector, unless you buy the HSE.
