Clocked a couple of new D4's and RRS in the local dealers this morning in metallic Brown.

What were LR thinking.............

Hope it doesn't make it to the face lifted FL2 models. There's always a way forward!

looks like they were low on paint so they just mixed what they had left and sprayed um or perhaps it was the body shop man who had just been sacked and thought he would get his own back

I'm thinking its about time a nice metallic brown was available...makes a change from white Phil

same colour as the D4 advert on TV, I like it, really suits the D4, not sure on the RRS or on the FL2 though Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

There's a very dark brown called Bournville too

I'm trying to do a deal with my local dealer for a D4 XS in bournvile, I think
it looks great

I'll let you know if we do the deal, he needs to offer us more on our Audi..

I like the look of bournville but then I'm a chocoholic (even my dog is called cocao, although the missus thinks its coco after her perfume!) 

Whilst looking around BMW World in Munich last November, there were several cars in Marrakesh Brown metallic, looked quite smart under the lights, but not sure what they'd look like in daylight. I've not seen this colour in UK yet though.

There's a wonderful funny track by Blaster Bates where he describes mixing together left-over paint to paint his van with. It turns out a certain, not very complimentary, colour of brown.  We Don't Care About Pot Holes !!
