Bit more info my11

My11 got disco4 look. Squared off bumpers. No xmas tree lites just redesigned ones. Different lookin seats. Piano black trim on dash not the faux wood. More info when i can plax with 1 in the flesh. Unsure about engine tweaks if any. Live your life be free-lander

My11 should be out l8 this year. I prefer the lr2 as it is now. 4got the side strips on the doors are flattened off 2. Bit like the last x types. If that makes sense? Tbh just minor tweaks until lr3 hopefully in 2013. Live your life be free-lander

LRX is based on the FL2 platform, so same size technically, but think of a Range Rover Sport which is a Discovery with the roof lowered. The LRX will be a FL2 with a Range Rover Sport roofline. 3 doors initially, but a 5 door is rumoured and the 7 seater plans dropped for the FL2 will appear in the LRX. 2010MY Freelander 2 HSE Auto

New info

My11 got new turned alloys, indicators in wing mirrors, new colours. Lrx smaller than fl2 but wider. 5 and 3dr. 7str 4 lr3 few years away Live your life be free-lander

Lr2maker,

Is the interior being upgraded, to be more in line with the 2010MY RRS, D4? Touch screen controls through satnav screen etc.?

sounds like the restyled FL2 will be the car for me rather than the LRX, Done the sums so can change in october/november this year.
