Do you do a lot of handbrake turns?? I had no problems with my handbrake after 60,000 mile plus. |

I'm not exactly sure what the brake actuator does? My car is getting serviced later, (not at a Dealer though) I'll ask the mechanic to have a look at it. |

if it is faulty it should be covered under warranty at 2 years and 30K miles.

Started saying the EPB on Disco3 is not covered aswell when they squeal, and they say thats down to a fault in design

EPB fault according to land Rover is down to the garage techies not adjusting it properly.

Just been speaking to my mechanic who was going to repair the sticking brake actuator for me at a fraction of Stratstones price. Before he was due to carryout the work he contacted his friend who works for another LR dealer about the work and was told by him that they had seen numerous FL2's with brake problems and the they should be repaired under warranty. I will contact the other dealer and see what happens. I will update the post with the outcome. |
