Landrover dvd changer anybody?

Just bought a rear entertainment system of ebay and the seller also has some 10 disc dvd changers genuine landrover.
Wondered if anyone has one fitted,seller says they don't come with a remote or wiring?
Would make a nice addition to the screens.

I was watching that. Does he have more DVD players? (Past) Freelander 2 HSE 2010 MY In Rimini Red.
(Past) RR Evoque Dynamic Lux Si4 In Firenze Red.
(Past) RR Evouque Pure Tech in Barollo Black with bespoke Firenze Red colour coding.
(Present) Freelander Metropolis 2015 MY In Santorini Black with Ivory Premium Leather.

Yeh,he had 9 left last time I looked.
Just a bit unsure what cabling you would need and how you would change between the dvds without a remote.
