Might as well put a wanted ad in here in case anyone has what I'm looking for

I'm after a Freelander 2, 2.2 Diesel, on a 56+ plate in HSE guise.

Must have a FSH, under 40k miles & I have an £18k max budget.

Few on the trader, but all gone now

I also have a SEAT Leon FR TDI that I could part ex (if any dealers are reading this - 56k miles, FDSH, 05 plate, 12 months MOT etc). Was offered £7k for it by a dealer (which isn't too bad considering), but they sold the HSE & only had an XS in stock.

Not sure on the model, but there is a dealer in Bury St Edmunds, EMG that has a 07 TD4 for 16K, it is an SE according to their site. 58K miles. Hi Darling, I'll be home in 10 mins. If I'm not back, please read this message again...

There were quite a few on then Autotrader that took my fancy, but I must have rang up 6 last week, and every single one had gone !!

Not in any major rush, will wait & also travel for what I'm after

Just mulling over a change when I saw you post.
Have an 08 (on cherished at present) FL2 2.2 HSE auto in Silver with side steps and roof rails/bars
Just coming up to 30k, LR serviced, one slightly scuffed wheel, otherwise unmarked.
Would need £22.5k tho
Let me know HSE in Zermatte Silver with roof rails and a towbar - what else do I need.
