has anyone seen this off roading DVD from LRE? http://www.amazon.co.uk/Essential-Guide-Of...amp;sr=8-4

If so, is it any good ? It gets some good reviews on Amazon.

No I haven't seen it other than the clips they post online. I had considered purchasing it, but I'm concerned it won't work in my North American TV (NTSC). If you do end up getting it, can you let me know if it's PAL only? Thanks.

Yep, got a copy. It features the D3 but it will give you a good insight into how the TR system works. Worth the money Thumbs Up

Highbridgeflyer, is it a PAL disc or do you believe it'll play in North American DVD players?

Wish they made a downloadable WMV/MPEG version for download- checked on iTunes, no luck ; )

disc arrived - it says PAL on it.

Just a thought, but couldn't you order a copy and then rip it to wmv/avi yourself ? If you use something like IMTOO dvd ripper, you would be able to do this - if you also owned the DVD, then the copyright police can't get you Whistle

Oh well...

So yes it turns out you can play PAL discs on a US/NTSC Mac. Unfortunately, Land Rover won't SHIP the DVD to the US- only to locations within the UK.

Real pity, too because I was looking forward to watch the DVD before my first Land Rover dealer-sanctioned drive this October. Guess it's not meant to be.

One of these Amazon sellers is based in Florida - they should be able to deliver one to you
