United Kingdom 2008 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Santorini Black

ours is parked in the toddler bays, but I consider these more dangerous due to fraught mums trying to drive with screaming kids in the car, (mums driving fullstop actually Laughing ), All the parent and child parking signs are collision damaged, also little darlings fetching the trolley for mummy crashing off all the cars in the park. Also our local supermarket has a sloped car park and the trolleys run away while the parents load their kids into the car. At work

Sorry to hear about the damage CG. I hope it doesn't cost too much to fix. You must get it fixed in time for the 2010-2011 vote on next years award winning FL2.

Fact is it will be fixed, same as the poll, so technically it should be disqualified.

If you park at the wrong end of an empty carpark for a couple of hours it is gauranteed there will be at least one car parked next too you when you return Rolling Eyes .
Park a rusty old banger in a similar situation and there wont be another car near you later, they will be at the other end or even another carpark - strange but true Confused 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.

I totally agree with your logic here but these days, especially in council car parks, which are monitored by some jobsworth contractor on bonus, they will fine you for just about anything. They love it when your tyre is just over the white line.

United Kingdom 2008 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Santorini Black

I recently met a mate from years back, found out that he now does 'smart repairs' for dealers. His van is rigged up as a mobile spray shop. So he is going to repair my scratches for £40. I watched him respraying a bumper on a friends car and doing a fine job Thumbs Up
We will see if he ever turns up, he never was reliable Rolling Eyes At work

Well, he came through, car fixed very nicely for £40, He ground away the surrounding paint to remove the scratches, mixed up a colour matching batch of paint using a laptop in his van, then sprayed it on, perfect match Thumbs Up At work

i presume he sprayed on a top coat of lacquer as well Question

when the old FL2 was scratched they resprayed the area and then sprayed the whole panel for even coverage and finish Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
