I must say it is getting close to me selling/trading in my FL2 as I'm utterly despondent in having to think about using the dealer anymore.

We also have a Honda in the family and we don't get the same experience from their local dealer |

Must be honest I can understand how you feel a tad but even in the dark days I was willing to get shot of mine but to replace it with another Freely2. On another note I couldn't have a Honda, well not for another twenty years or so, I'm not old enough for my bus pass yet. |

She has pressed a few of my buttons and the right ones at that but never felt the need to press the HDC, but there again I may have peaked but not yet started the decent. |

If you've had (and are still receiving rotten "service") contact LR Customer Care and tell them that because of Dealer "XYZ" you are leaving the LR brand. Document/report your experience objectively (subjective emotions will not help). If LR themselves fail to follow through on your case then leave. It's your money and time - use them to best effect. Or, move on - immediately ditch the dealer and follow up the very helpful advice given by "Landieguy". Don't continue to complain - be proactive. |
