It's not bad, they do both types. It is very large and quite busy, especially during the summer. North Perthshire is nice, but why not try Grannies Highland Hame at Dornoch. It's very good, even the locals up here go to it. The Royal Dornoch Golf course is adjacent, there is just so much to do for the family.

Me and the family have a week there every year. Plenty walking. Bounded by a river, woodland, and a castle. all of which has free walking access. Open area of grass in the middle of the for the kids to play. If you like the 'club on site' experience, it's not for you. Village with pubs, Spar type shops, etc within five minutes walking.

True, that can be a problem. We don't seem to get it with the kids, one almost the same age as yours. Last year when living in the States for a spell, we trapsed from Atlanta to Miami in 100 degree heat with them and apart from the odd strop, we didn't get much bother out of them and that was in a Jeep! |

Yeah, I know, but you have to go with the flow over there. LR are a bit scase. Cars are dead cheap and petrol is 2.60p per gallon that said. Did think of bringing a LHD over here, shipping was 800 pounds, tempting if it wasn't for the big petrol engined cars. |

Yes they don't mess about over there do they 6 and 7 litre cars (''Ain't no substitute for cubes'' said by that controversial person off the BBC's motoring programme).

Oh yes, there are new car adverts for LR's. On the road, you would see the odd Disco and RR, the FL2 was like Hens teeth. I did speak to one dealer and nearly went with a FL, but it was obviously LHD, auto and petrol. Off the top of my head it was a US HSE spec model and roughly 20k. Add the 800 shipping from one of the eastern seaboard cities in a container, takes 3 weeks into Southampton and you have a cheap vehicle here I suppose. I did think the Missouri plates with a Robin and the 'show me' state logo would have been a novilty here until they got changed.
