I remember a female friend driving a VW Golf, hitting a stag on the road near Glencoe a few years ago. The animals head came thro' the windscreen and it's antlers pentrated the empty front passenger seat and yes, I think she crapped herself.

A year later, her husband was out on his graphite racing cycle, some 3k's worth, head down, going for all he was worth and he hit a sheep on the road, and totalled the bike!
