Quick question, I've got an S with the compressor, (going to get a spare eventually), but I can't find the wheelnut key. Am I supposed to have one? Seems a bit stupid if I'm not, as how will a tyre place be able to remove the wheel We Don't Care About Pot Holes !! |

Hmmm, not seen as yet in either of those places, or indeed anywhere else. Maybe a chat with the stealer I bought it from will help.

Cheers for that npinks, it's interesting that I had read a thread earlier to day about the "hiding place". Checked when I got to my vehicle before driving home and it's definitely held in by a captive bolt/screw combination (Inside the spare wheel well).

Sorry but we do care about potholes, my Dad just spent £300 on new springs on his merc, our roads are atrocious esp after the winter frosts.

Our MY2010 has no locking wheel nut adapter - and yes I've looked in all the places mentioned |

They do sell a multitude of them from A to Z on Fleabay, that said, I'd mozie on down to the stealer. |

Mine came without its adapter. it worked out cheaper to get a new set of locking nuts rather than just an adapter plus they were in stock and the single adapter had to be ordered in |

If they are selling you a car with a locking wheel nut in place they have to provide the adapter, how would you take the wheel off when you want to swap tyres
