For all the Scottish members in the Central Belt - SLROC welcomes guests and new members (and the £5 note they all bring!) along to these non damaging (but you might catch a scratch if you are really unlucky!) Sundays out in the hills. No special equipment or tyres required and all driving surfaces are either tarred or "forest track" type trails.

Sounds great fun a little far for me though. Don't put petrol in a diesel. They don't run well. |

You have enough lovely lanes down there to keep you occupied for years Boxer, if you are ever up this way have a look at the SLROC (Scottish Land Rover Owners Club) website or froums and you will get the details. With lots of snow forecast in places this one might be a bit more exciting than some! Might have to put the MTR's onto the RRS rather than take the Defender so I know I have a car that can handle deep snow like there is none! Defender on MTRs in snow on ice isn't nice...................... it's a breeze if you have HDC and TR! How can carbon have a footprint, it has no feet?

Pity that the same weekend (13 and 14 March) the Argyll 4x4 club have one of their offroad weekends in the Lochgilphead forest How can carbon have a footprint, it has no feet?
