some mud hits the side tubes,none gets on the sides of the car (car I said not van/hearse Laughing ). The dealer put the flaps on for free, because I am the best Thumbs Up Also free rubber floor mats Very Happy At work

I had a flat once an called LRA on it. They did not take off or loosen anything regarding the tubes but then again they do have more professional jacks.

So use LRA or when it has expired some other car aid, that way you don't get dirty and you don't need to mess about.

If you do wanna take off your wheels, buy yourself a professional jack.

when I put on my award winning wheels I used a small trolley jack, directly under the side tube mounts, leaving the tubes on. ( then I took the tubes off anyway to give them a proper clean Rolling Eyes ) At work
