However am sitting at my desk at work, and just remembered I have to jump start a friends Focus tonight, and was wondering if my jump leads would reach, and subsequently where is the battery....

looked up battery & maintenance, and for the life of me I cant find anywhere where it tells you where the bloody thing is :$ 

under bonnet, up against bulkhead, under a cover passenger side.

Where is the battery

Just double checked the calendar Feb1 not April1, as it appears that this is the morning that all the dipsticks and tosspots in christendom are coming out to post.

Top tip get your mate to get a new battery or join the AA/RAC jump starting from any modern car is a big no no with all the cars electronics

Brilliant sunshine lovely fresh powder snow been falling since last Thursday so all bodes well for a family day out tomorrow skiing.
