Touch-up paint ,Landrover dont make any?????

Don’t know if I have been given duffy information or not and maybe someone can tell me if so?

I need a touch up paint for my Baltic Blue FL2, phoned the dealer and was told that Landrover don’t produce any touch up paint for the FL2 yet Censored

The things been out since Dec last year so how the hell can they not have any on the shelves yet Question

I got the same story.

Unfortunately my wife brought the wrath of the garage door down on the bumper so I needed to get some touch up paint. The dealer said no touch up paint so I searched on the internet and I found www.paintscratch.com. They can match almost any colour. I have the paint but haven't tried to apply it yet. I'll post the results when I try it.

I managed to get a FL2 touch-up kit in Stornaway Grey in February.

It consists of two 12ml containers, one in the grey metallic base coat and the other clear lacquer top coat.

Each container cap has a small brush to apply the pint.

Try Nick at Yeovil Land Rover!

Stornoway Grey is used on other LR models. It's not surprising the touch up kit is available. FL2 exclusive colours seem to be unavailable AFAIK.

When the garage replaced a front parking sensor they told me the spray paint in a can was not available, and painted it a slightly different colour.

But since my car is a ex demo, i have noticed a couple of touch ups on the front bumper, whether this were done with a touch up kit i couldn't say.
