If you are refering to me which I would guess you are then it sounds absolute crap. In fact one of the selling points of the FL2 HSE is the Alpine 14 speaker Audio system with sub. The FL2 HSE system is remarkably good for a manufacturer system even when driving. I am fussy about audio & have a subwoofer with amps in the other 2 vehicles but that is because I like the depth of the low notes & the top of the trebble giving an all round quality sound & not thumping bass!! - I save that for the 1000 watt vibe sub & KEF Reference system installed in my home cinema room. Which Reference series are they? I have Reference 3 (black & bought in 2000) for the front, Reference 200 Centre, Reference 1.2 for the rears, Vibe 2 x 10" 1000watt sub. A very trusted Yamaha DSP-A1 for the processor & it now only powers the centre speaker as the fronts have a Denon stereo amp powering those & the rears are powered by a Marantz monoblock each. Cables are expensive though I am not too sure which ones they are as a friend of mine used to work in a home cinema shop & he changed his accessories so often I bought his old stuff though nearly new cheap & he fitted it. I do know the lead from the Yamaha DVD to the projector is a blue QED with gold plugs & was £300 new. Also in there is a Samsung DLP projector I bought in a sale last year along with a Panasonic blueray player. There is also a Yamaha DVD player which I bought with the DSP-A1 back in 2000. There is also a Panasonic video player & a 30 year old Hitachi turntable out there too. In the house front room we have another smaller set-up also with KEF's but these are the Q 15's on the rear & the Coda's at the front with a fairly cheap Jamo centre. However the Amp is new last year & that is a top of the range Onkyo that packs out 180 watts per channel & should really be in the cinema room as it has all the modern connections etc.but I love the Yamaha out there Oh & yes I am happy with the Freelander audio system. I have £1000 quids worth of Onkyo amp, KEF speakers and Denon DVD upscaler and it sounds the dogs - compared to you two it's looks like i'm running an old 'Harry Moss' system
