Special Programs Off

I've read alot about the G,G,S / MR / and S programs on here lately. With what's invloved, how aggressive the TC is etc etc.........but what are the particulars of our "Normal" driving mode (Special programs Off) ? What toys come into play with it and what doesn't ? I now it's perhaps optimsed for higher speed driving and economy but how would it handle snow at a junction in comparison to the dedicated grass, gravel, snow program, for example ?

special programs are designed to get the best out of the vehical, with these turned off in snow etc the traction controll will be more aggresive. You can still help your self though by being light footed on the gas pedal, useing your 1st gear sooner before you reach the juction and getting the car to move as slowly as possible thus helping to stop you going on out into oncoming trafic etc.
the best way to learn is to go out and practice where there are no cars about and see for yourself, theres nothing like experience and that only ever comes with practice good look Bow down

In norm I noticed it have to get to about 2500-2700 revs before the rear wheels kick in full if setting off fast in snow, this is until the torque convertor jumps in to
provide full 4x4 and DSC acts slower

in GGS it's all instant with 4x4 been quicker and DSC jumps in faster as it know there will be slippage Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
