Hi all,
Just a feeler here, I currently have a real hankering for a RRS & am possibly thinking of parting with my FL2 but am wondering if people could advise on its value?
It is a 2007 07 reg 2.2HSE in Tambora flame with ebony leather. Car is in superb condition with 32k miles on here, extras include Xenons, OEM Landrover rear entertainment system with dvd/mp3 player fitted & OEM wireless headphones. Car also is fitted with front & rear lamp guards, privacy glass & OEM sidesteps. Full history & Landrover warranty until June/July time.

Any thoughts?

Cool, I think it books at around £18.5k in Glass's but the guide isn't always right & they are trade buying prices. Just wondered if anyone had recently been looking at prices

Yes, books at £18,350 currently. If selling privately I'd suggest £18995. The colour will put some off, however there will be people who have been searching for a whicle for specifically Tambora, so it's quite tricky to suggest exactly what to do.

If we had the right car for you, then we'd be aiming to give you guide price, although most of what we sell is Auto being in London.

We are a little short of RRS stock at the moment as the weather has caused us to go from 25 in stock to 8 currently, however we are working on buying some more in at the moment.

X5 Not quite comparable to RRS or FL2. You better hope for no more snow if you get that excuse for a 4WD.

Fair enough, but last month, Ms Bumble Bee tried selling her 58 reg SE with leather and satrnav and under 15k miles for 20k on here, but it didn't get any takers. likeswise a teen miles 09MY XS for 17k. Don't want to burst the bubble, but can't see it selling at that price. The ones giving you prices arn't the ones with the cash buying it.

Thanks for you invaluable opinion. In future why don't you hit your caps lock, enlarge you font, change the text colour to say bright red & write ''THIS CAR IS TOO EXPENSIVE, DON'T BUY IT......''.
By writing your post you have put any potential interested parties off, have you ever thought that people may want a HSE & not an XS or GS?? Believe it or not, there is actually differences in spec between the 3 models hence why Landrover charge different prices for them.... Love or hate Tambora, some people will pay a premium for this colour (I did & travelled a 700 miles round trip to buy the car), also, I don't think I am being unreasonable asking for this price when you compare mine with other HSE's on Autotrader, especially with the spec of my car..... The car actually books at fractionally less than my asking price in the Glass's guide and currently the trade are paying into book price on 4x4's, so why bad mouth my car??
