Thinking of purchasing an FL2

Hello Folks I am a new member and want a bit of advice.

I have always had a thing for Land Rovers and now that the wife's car is due for a change I am seriously looking at an FL2. I have managed to track down a stornoway grey GS 07 on a 56 plate, which looks the biz (privacy glass, towbar, rear parking sensors etc)

I just have a few queries.

1. The boot looks a little narrow. Can you get a kids pram/buggy across the width of the boot?

2. Are there any issues that I should be looking out for on this age of motor?

3. Has anyone fitted a rear spolier and what sort of cost?

4. Any other issuues I should be thinking about?

Thanks for your help in advance

Cheers

Dieseler

Go to a main dealer with your baby buggy and try it....have a good look at the car in the showroom, making sure that it does what you want. LR like all manufacturers update the interiors but it won't be far off your potential car.
Rear spoiler - You see them on ebay sometimes at £150 unpainted so say about £200. Why not get the spolier as part of the deal? but if it's not a LR dealer your stuck on that comment Big Cry
Good luck Thumbs Up

Thanks guys. I am hoping to go and test drive the car in the next few days and see what we think.

Think Stornoway grey is the nicest colour in the FL. Just let's hope it's as good as it looks and a deal can be done!!

Will keep you posted

Was out and about today and saw a heap of FL's. I agree with Dave all black cars (not just FL's) look like Censored after a while unless you are mega fussy when washing them etc.

Anyway with all the salt on the roads the Black FL's are just wanna b e Stornoway's anyway!! Rolling with laughter

Lago grey is the best colour in my opinion, and makes the FL2 look really classy, especially an HSE.

a good compromise between Stornaway and Black.
