You have your sat nave set to leave a trail so you can follow it back - there is a setting in there somewhere to turn it off or increase / decrease the frequency that it leaves these "dots" |

Do you guys still drive with the horn pressed all the time Spent sometime working near Verona and Riva del garda (Arco and Rovereto)...pressing the horn all the time seemed to be normal

The dots don`t stay forever - they seem to clear after the first stop after about 100 miles. Otherwise you`d end up with a screen FULL of dots.

Ok, found Route Trace in the manual (P34) although no instruction as to how to toggle.
