Maidstone had a good 6" and the FL2 flew through while others were having major trouble. Even driving uphill was soooooo easy. Freelander 2 GS TD4, Santorini Black

I must say I had more confidence last year with the Goodyear Wrangler M+S tryes on, bit slippy with the Contis fitted this year

FL2 will go over snow until it will overlie "tummy". Last year I had a couple of a such experience. But anyway this car has fine off-road performances

Not thorned Lar, but studded - here they are called pigged, so you are often asked you have "pigs in your dekks" (tyres)  2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.

After spending the first part of today in a 38 ton Car park, sliding all round the countryside I finished work and jumped in the 90, ahh heaven a motor that can just cope. Got home and the wife wants shoppping, Ok chance to try her FL2 in the snow. Twist the silver knob and away we go, I have to say it felt really good, properly planted on the road, I put my foot down hard a few times and the difference in trottle resonse was noticable. It was a pleasant drive in the snow and the wife who hates snow driving also said she felt really confident driving it. Good job done Land Rover.

Got fair bit of snow in Manchester, noticed how badly the cars cope with snow, not being able to drive straight up even in the smallest gradients or around bends and so on but then FL2 just drives 'almost' like any other dry day ...very impressed.
Turned off DSC in an empty car park and that really makes a difference, didn’t had any problem finding parking spaces in all the shops we visited in a day marked as one of the busiest....another reason to own a LR  Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto

Wish I'd have got around to going to the Traf, instead went walking in the snow, and didn't try the freelie out 'til after it was closed. Hope we get more as promised, then I'll go there tomorrow. Hopefully do all the dreaded shopping in one hit!
Did have alittle drive around Manchester and likewise was again impressed. Found what appeared to be an empty carpark to have a bit of a drive in, but then noticed kids sledging down a bank into it. How dare they  Indus Silver
