Lintran dog transit boxes

Has anyone contacted Lintran about grp boxes for the FL2? I am using one that I bought for an X-Trail. it fits the aperture (just) but I have to fold the back seat down to close the tailgate. I guesstimate that it is about 3-4" too big front to back.

I can tell you that the Fl1 Lintran doesn't fit Crying or Very sad We ended up using Barjo guard and tailgate, although I use a Lintran box in my D3 D4 HSE Lux for me
FL2 HSE Zermatt & Alpacca for the wife now gone
Skoda Yeti L&K for the wife.

Not quite an answer to your question but along similar lines. We have a Ferplast Atlas dog crate, it is an excellent fit in the FL2's boot space, fits with very little clearance around it so makes full use of space. Not sure you'd get a large Lab or GSD in it but we carry a Westie and medium sized 'heinz57' no problem.

qzx372:

I ordered a tailgate for my Freelander at Lintrans.
In our other car, a Volvo XC70 we are very content with the tailgate in stead of a box.
Lintran can in any case make a custom box for you.
