I have a "clicking" type of noise coming (as far as I know) from the front nearside. Harwoods have told me they believe it is a top suspension bush, but these parts are on back-order so until they get hold of one and change it I will not know if that is the problem! mole

I have the same problem, been back too the dealers twice and they can't get the car to replicate the fault when they take it for a test drive, and won't start take bits off to have a look until the fault shows up even though i have told them to strip the car. Banging Head

Hi Guys,

Sorry for the delay in responding. The dealer took the car for a test drive and they identified the click/ clonk coming from around the rear O/S door. The service manager said he new what the issue was and said it required about 2 - 3 hours to srip off trim and repair. he showed some pictures of a metal section into which they pushed a screwdriver (or similar) and hit it with a hammer - presumably to realign something - looked to be around the rea jacking point but I've no more detail - sorry

So it comes from the front.
Did they fix it? Do you know what they did?

Car was in dealers today for five hours, took bits off, poked around the A-pillar with a hammer and a screwdriver, done some banging. put the car back together and so far I am pleased to say, everything is quiet. It took three trips too the dealers, only because the car wouldn't do its party trick. But once the mechanic herd the noise he knew straight away where it came from.

Bow down well done stratstones.
