Has anyone had any experience with installing new brake pads, I am going to attempt to do this myself this sunday. I am on my way o pick up the parts this morning. The pads are very spendy.

I've done fronts and rears, they were very straightforward if you've ever done brake work before, no surprises. Well, other than how much more room to work there is compared to my 3-Series BMW |

Yes it was the first time the pads were replaced. I have a Toyota Rav 4 company car and it has 115000 kms with the original brakes. Your drivers must be wild in your country.???????? |

True about the type of driving a person does. My wife drives the LR2 to and from her work every day one hour each way. So there is little city type braking on the way there, but when she gets into the town she works in there is a lot of braking.
