I seemed to be abortively funning I was trying to heat the place where allegedly lacate this sensor with a fen. A reading of external temperature on the dashboard was not changing even so the body of the mirror was heating Freelander II 2,2 TD SE Stornoway Grey Sorry for my wry English. I began to study it recently. I'll be thankful for your corrections of my mistakes |

I wont try and translate what CG wrote as my Russian is as bad as his English However I guess you have tried to heat the sensor under the wing mirror with a fan heater to see if the temperature on the dashboard display changes As rover60 mentioned, if you smash the mirror the temperature gauge will not work, presumably meaning that the mirror sensor is the one you are trying to locate, but I don't recommend you go to those lengths to test it . This sensor is also used for operation of our "cold climate pack" only fitted as standard to our better built Freelys 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof. Stornoway Grey with Ebony Black Pleather, Clear Indicators, Body Side Mouldings etc. |
