Freelander 2 Sport has been on the Norwegian market for a while now, and as earlier mentiond. The renamed models will probably replace the old names in the UK and elswere eventually 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.

Should have also mentioned that the other names are Comfort, Plus, Sport and Premium (I guess that Super Premium will be the name reserved for the Stornoway Grey models ) 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof. Stornoway Grey with Ebony Black Pleather, Clear Indicators, Body Side Mouldings etc. |

All small fords look the same to me so I can't imagine the differences in Fiesta's I realise we are being informed about a new model, but as described it will be a LR2 Sport destined for the Yank market no doubt However a new dolled up version of a FL2 would be called a facelifted model (as BMW usually do after 2-3 years production – new plastic front & back/new lights etc), then later come with a new design with a different body shape (same new wrapping). What I was getting at and truly believe is that the original model names SE, HSE etc will be replaced with the facelift models and that the new names for ex. Sport, which is already being used in Norway, will be applied to all markets. When the LRX and Freely replacement (possibly named Ventura or whatever) arrive, I expect the LR2/FL2 to disappear completely from the market. In the meantime, it looks like we will be getting a tarted up Freely – You can kick me later if I am wrong. 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof. Stornoway Grey with Ebony Black Pleather, Clear Indicators, Body Side Mouldings etc. |

Just had a look at our fleet dept quote system and we have for MY10.5 the Sport LE or Aspen LE. According to the equipment list the sport will get 19" alloys, but other than that the equipment lists seem quite sparse with the sport getting rear parking aid, cruise control, climate control and auto fold mirrors over the Aspen which looks a similar spec to the S. It says the Aspen will be £18,768 and the Sport £25,815. It may be that LR haven't fully released equipment lists and so fleet are just working with the info that they have. |

My fault for confusing the issue. The facelift FL2 was mentioned by LR2maker on another thread.
