Hi NP,
Can I ask which foam lance you got and where you got it from?

This is the one piece of kit I've yet to get.

Thanks

I got the autobrite HD foam lance, there is a link to the website via the detailing forum above

Cost was £48.99 inc 5L of Super Snow Foam.

There is a company called Elite Car Care on the forum that also do the lances

It seems to be very robust, with the brass fitting etc. but it is very very tight when fitting to the Karcher Lance, I opted for a little alteration and drilled the fitting with a 8.5 mm bit to give a extra space for the karcher to be inserted, its still tight but easier Very Happy

Also they are a few on eBay, but the cost is the same as a shop, but at least you have the back up with a shop. Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

I would straighten the Tax disc, but since my dealer decided to stick it on the window where the windows details are (Glass Type etc) You can not read the details on the tax disc, which means possible fine as it has to be displayed and easily readable Mad

as for me and Tim, Razz Razz Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

I agree nothing wrong with looking after you paint

I took delivery of a decent foam lance the other day, foam and leave for 10 minute and it makes the cleaning a whole lot easier. The 2 bucket method helps with getting rid of the dirty from the wash mit

Just a simple gloss of the tyres makes a difference too

A quick word of warning mate (I was really into detailing at one point) there was an issue with lances coming adrift from the guns under pressure, it happened to me, that fires the lance, bottle and all about 10 feet. Luckily it missed my car but if it hits your motor you will be needing paint.

Make sure it is well locked onto your gun Thumbs Up
