Orange - Tesco Car Park, Edinburgh **** RXD

Grabbed some quick snaps on my phone, so apologies for the quality.

It was debadged, I thought it looked rather good in that colour too Cool

I don't know, but that parking looks like mine, where I'm paranoid of someone hitting their doors into mine, nad coming back and finding scratches.

How long does this worry generally last for, I keep getting moaned at for parking at the back of every car park, away from everyone.

That parking seems fair to me - if there's all that space next to it then why not make the most of it!

I think the parking miles away stays with you so long as you care about your motor Wink "CY from DISCO3"

Parking like that gets my vote Thumbs Up Really pi55es me off when people don't give a toss about your car, then Censored it with their rusty dented Mondeo, or whatever other heap of crap they own. My old FL1 had a nasty 'ding' after about three weeks, so fitted the door buffers, a bit late though. This time round I ordered the FL2 with the door buffers pre fitted, so far, 7 months and no dings but I think that this is due to my parking skills like my orange friends in the photo Very Happy Mind you, it could do with bigger wheels, at least 18". CY, did you not 'fly poster' it with one of Martin's Freel2.com print outs?? I have a drivers door bin full just in case...;mind you....;you are 'Big Brother Disco 3', so you are excused from having them in your car Bow down

If you're that way inclined it never goes away. Despite my best efforts to park with plenty of clearance I've got 3 noticeable dings on my car. The first happened at just 3 weeks old and requires a repaint of the f/n/s door to fix, then there are two others that may just be be treatable by a dent specialist, although they both require paint. I think about this every time I park the car but still Censored happens. i can't do anymore to avoid these dings, sadly it seems to be a fact of life.

One thing I'm sure about is that silver is the most forgiving colour in relation to this sort of damage. I've got Stornoway grey and I'm convinced it shows the 'minor' dings far more than silver.

Its an S.

I am sorry but the FL2 just needs bigger wheels to set it off, even my GS with 17" look small.

PAINT!?! Huh? must have been a big dent if that's the case... have you tried going to a PDR Paintless Dent Removal Shop?

I parked in Asda in Galashiels taking up 2 spaces well away from the shop so as to not inconvenience anyone else but still received a note on my windscreen telling me that next time I do it I will be fined £40.

A nice letter is on it's was to Asda, as far as I am concerned fly posting on my car is criminal damage and a claim will be made against them if it happens again. ______________________
