Yeah please Dave although I don't know what good it will do. I complained at the strongest level I could 3 times when I was in and it did no good. I maybe even complained to the aftersales guy, it was a Brian Borthwick or something. He was next to useless at sorting it out.
What annoyed me was that after getting no joy at TnC, I complained to LR customer services, who spoke to TnC, then simply quoted back what TnC were saying!!!!
Hopeless.
He made all the right noises in terms of a complaint but after 4 days of 'testing' (driving round the block for 4 minutes as far as I could tell) they said there was nowt wrong.
I even said it felt like the rack more than the pump but to no avail.

Stratstone replaced the rack and all is good at the mo.

I would rather walk barefoot across broken glass than ever deal with TnC ever again. The reason I bought from Perth when I live in Aberdeen was the Censored service I received from their sales guy in the first place.

Anyway........ Twisted Evil

Thats the chap I dealt with and the problem I had was sorted out.
Ok, it wasn't as severe as yours but a good chat with him should do something.

I find it strange that T&C couldn't/wouldn't acknowlege a fault but the guys down in Perth Could Confused ______________________

Not sure that this is the right post. I took mine in today to have the seat base replaced as I too was having that sinking feeling. mentioned that I feel a slight clunk from the steering whilst it goes from straight ahead to the slightest of turns either way. It's also developed a bubbling noise from the steering pump at full lock. It;'s always made a noise, but now sounds like it needs bleeding.
Dealer is now arranging for LR mechanics to come and inspect, at LR's request. Sounds a bit ominous to me.

Mine went in for a Turbo problem (19500 miles) and was told it was power steering pump?? A week waiting for parts and then told it needed a new steering rack, more waiting for parts. Rack fitted.

And when out on road test was informed about lack of power WAS the turbo more waiting for parts, New turbo fitted, 24 days of the road ?? seem to be OK??

54,000 miles now and I am experiencing a "notchy" feeling up the column when turning the steering wheel either way.

It is like the rack is riding over some sort of light resistance. It is also starting to take more effort to turn.
No funny noises though.

Guess it's dealer time! FL2 TD4 XS Santorini
