Take your time, make sure all the bolts are all in place before tightening . the allan bolt key bolts for the cross bar are tighten first (be car full not to scratch the roof paint work) and sealer in the clip on end cover's (because there can get blown of in the wind) takes about 1.5 to 2 hours

Hi, I fitted mine recently, very straight forward, I also found that there was no need to drill larger holes in the rear plastic gutter covers as the bolt that fits it is shaped to fit in the hole already.
