it was automotive porn and great comedy with the Aston, Fezza, and Lambo in Romania. What a road they did at the end! Thumbs Up Chris

The road at the end was great looking drive, with two of my current favorite 'Lotto' cars the Ferrari and the Aston DBS Thumbs Up

I know they will have been 'acting' but when clarkson gave May a Dacia Sandero(sp?) and got the lorry to drive into it, Mays face was a picture Rolling with laughter

Good to have it back on my screen, and even better that BBC have actually started to use the HD service they are supposed to provide even though its the first program I can remember worth watching Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

One of the most irritating things about the volvo system that the Aston use is that it tells you where you've been

Sound familiar?

Well they presented mostly some "shocking" facts about Romania in order to make the show interesting but I won't deny that they are a part of our life.

The Transfagarasan road is indeed spectacular and it's always a pleasure to drive there. From around 1st of November until June it's highest segment is closed as the road is to dangerous for driving.

WoW! Wish I still had my Cayman S, coz I'd be on the next ferry across the Channel (plus a long drive) to give that road a good going over. Laughing

What was that road all about underneath the palace? Was that "His Dictatorships" private indoor race track? Absolutely Bonkers! Mind you, to get from one end of "His Home" to the other end would require a road! Whistle Its obscene when you think about it. Chris

I wonder if any of the Romanian lorry drivers use that road 'coz their satnav told them too', seems to be their excuse when they drive down our country roads!

I love Top Gear. That road looks great, but I don't think it'd too much fun flooring our FL2's through there - might be a case of brown pants Shocked I'd rather have the Porsche for such a winding road Whistle Gone - TD4 XS Auto, Sumatra Black, Mud flaps and side strips, clear indicators, private plate, privacy glass

in the FL2 you wouldnt need to follow the road - just go straight down the hill!!! Probably about 2 mile shortly and save you a fortune in diesel!! Thumbs Up
