I used Guy Salmon Land Rover in Knutsford for the second service and they did it for £250 all in (including courtesy car - not an LR though) once I pointed out that their web site stated that they would price match any independent garage within a 20 mile radius

commando, I paid £350 at the end of April this year. I did ask what price they could do it for and told them I was phoning around.

Can do it for a LOT less than that - no loss of warranty either obviously to LR spec and genuine parts too

CG, no and yes...... due to the hassle we've had with the car LR cust service have given me a 2nd service foc due March next year, but for a long term diary (March 2011) if a list of possibles is being considered, please put me on it |

Ah humour, I remember that......typical farmer, more money than sense. Just thought it might be attractive to 10forcash to do a few cars at once, towbar or no towbar, if you don't like towbars I'm happy to stay away.

you can do that at any LR dealer - just tell them you're interested in buying a Defender |

Not with climate control, air suspension seat, electric clutchless gearbox , bluetooth and a radio you can actually hear though oh and plenty of elbow room too
