LR Customer Care Email

Hi All,

I am trying to find an email address for LR Customer Care but cant seem to find this info anywhere! Banging Head

I dont suppose anyone on here happens to have this information at hand at all??

The reason I ask is I bought a approved used FL2 and it only came with one key, the dealer said it was mislaid and would send it out when they found it but to no avail!! I want to check whether the presence of 2 keys is part of the approved multi-point check but I suspect not!

So on a related note what is it going to set me back if I buy a second key?

Thanks a lot all for all your help.

Have to disagree there - I found LR customer care to be very good.

I know experiences vary from case to case......but LRCC actually offered to pay for a full service on my Disco 3 after I had some issues with the wing mirror of all things!

It seems to me it's their problem not yours. Keep on at them. Good Luck!

Cheers, your a star! Thumbs Up

Fingers crossed I can get it sorted, on the phone tomorrow to LR to try to sort it out, going to have another go with the dealer too.

I will certainly be using the dealer not lived upto their promises card.

Other than this having great fun with the car, although managed to dislodge the exhaust with a little green laning a fortnight ago, but a quick 'free' fix by the friendly dealer when it went in for the alarm recall soon sorted it.

Thanks again everyone.

alarm recall is a new one and only a service recall ie they will mend it when your car is in the garage but not call you in specially At work
At home

CG is bang on in that it is a service bulletin rather than full recall, my poor explanation I am afraid!!

It is an issue with the backup alarm, which if I recall correctly, has involved a few people have had issues with it activating. Luckily I had got mine booked in for replacement of locking wheel nuts as they had started to corrode and they did the alarm recall and kindly fixed my exhaust for me whilst they were at it.

Rich.
