As further proof that the doc who pulled my teeth was a vanner, here are two pieces of tooth (I think?) that I pulled out of my gums this week, home dentistry using a pair of tweezers and a glass of brandy Confused

Had an ingrowing toe nail once. The doctor had 2 goes at sorting it, trimming a bit more of each side each time.

After both attempts I had infections, and my toe didn't heal. Was a right mess.

3rd time lucky I thought, went to a proper foot place (being in Peterborough, it had a fancy technical name - Peterborough Foot Clinic) They almost laughed at the mess the doctor made, and commented that they shouldn't attempt things like this, they always make it worse. They removed the whole nail, healed up really quickly, fantastic I thought. Then about a 2 weeks later, it hurt again, carried on for a week or so, until a small piece of nail worked it's way out the front of my toe, enough for me to grab it with tweezers. Fine ever since, and having 1 less big toe nail, means 1 less nail to cut, so I save time, what could be better.

Definitely, the best medicine is home medicine.
