Hi thanks for the replies. CG its the old 6 spoke gs alloys about a year and bit old. Ive had several sets of alloys on different motors and never seen it before.

Fairy liquid is loaded with salt etc not good for cars/wheels |

I used washing up liquid on my cars for years and never hurt them, but the 'experts' do say not to as they sell you expensive alternatives.

I use Turtle Wax - Zipwax, for the whole car. It's great stuff My wheels are corrosion free thus far. |
