2007 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Stornoway Grey

2nd service cost - West London - £580!! Help!!

I asked if new 4 tyres were included.

The car has only done 15,000 miles too which makes it doubly annoying.

Anyway. Im in Kingston Upon Thames. Anyone know any better deals in within spitting distance please?

Also whats the deal on independants. How do I keep my warranty please?

Don,t know of any independants down your way but when I enquired at my local dealer they told me that the vehicle had to go to an LR dealer for the bodywork warranty for which they would charge about £50.Thats for them to do the inspection

What does a garage have to do to quality as an indpendant? Do they need some sort of accreditation? '57 GS TD4 in Stornoway. Privacy, Leather, Tred Cills. Another option would be to book the car in @ say York
Make a weekend of it - pre-christmas shopping for the missus & get loads of brownie points
spend the same sort of money all in

If it was CHPR that quoted (I guess it was) then please let me know.

We switched to a call centre booking service last week who have menu prices for each different service. I've spoken to Paul King our Service Manager who has done some number crunching and can get it to £490. Clearly the forum discount has not been applied.

It would be much much cheaper for a 15,000 service, however it looks like you need a 2yr service which is more involved and more major service.

If this helps then do let myself or Paul know and we will get someone to book you in directly.

When mine was done it cost £391.33 at Chipperfield Landrover, just outside Watford and the M25, so might be worth a call 2009 Grey HSE Auto

Sturgess Leicester charged me £332 for my first service
2nd Service they wanted £485, yeah right, told them where to go.
Got the second Service done at Marshall Land Rover for £350!
3rd service is booked in again with Marshall Land Rover at well under £300!

I have found that many dealers will negotiate if you approach in the right way. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

Can highly recommend Guava. Their courtesy cars are pants Rover streetwises though so be warned... Phil

They picked mine up from work (Farnborough) at 9:30am & delivered back at 4:00pm on the dot...super service IMHO!

Local dealer wanted £480+vat '57 FL2 GS
Sumatra Blk, Tints, Winterpack, Dodgylooking TowBar, roof rails, Front & Rear LED Indicators, Clear Side repeaters(Led), LED Rear Position/Brake lights, Additional Power-point in the boot & Brighter luggage Illumination fitted
