flying machines

We had a trip to the RAF Leeming open day, yesterday. (our friends brother was one of the pilots flying over us)

Being dive bombed by a Eurofighter is defiantly a spooky and loud experience Shocked A lot of the car alarms where triggerred each time it turned and climbed pointing its exhausts at us. Young Finn thought it all hilarious , although a lot of the others babies burst into floods of tears.
I was disappointed to have to leave early before the Lancaster and Spitfire flew over. Somebody must have told them because later on they both flew very low over my house as I was sat in the garden enjoying a beer Thumbs Up
I didn't get to see the Vulcan either but seeing as though it often has practice flights around my area that wasn't so bad. At work
At home

You didn't see the Vulcan yesterday because we had it at Leuchars! What a noise! I've been to see it fly four times, but only ever seen fast taxi's until now! Cool

And we got BBMF, Hurricane, Spitfire and Lancaster, an F16, a Tornado F3, Eurofigher, Red Arrows, so on and so forth!

Of, and bright blue skies, I even got a slight tan! Shocked Maverick off disco3!
