Change the idler as well. JLR say belt every 150k miles I just changed mine at 75k not worn at all BUT think you were lucky as there have been several cases where a failed Aux belt has got under the cam belt and caused catastrophic damage. 2013 FL2 XS.

All done now and the car is sounding much better. It was easier than I was expecting. I watched the excellent video by forum members Scott and Alana before starting and thankfully the job went smoothly. |
