Car cranks but wont start after timing belt change

Hello.

I just did my timing belt, tensioner, water pump, and pulley as well as the aux belt with tensioner and pulley. but after fitting the car cranks but wont start.

i used a locking tool kit during the install following the service manual. I already have once removed the timing belt and checked my work for jumped teeth but it is as it should be so timing is not the problem. scan tool shows codes P0335-00 CPS A circuit and P0336-00 CPS A circuit range/performance. i have tried to change the CPS but the car still wont start. i have fuel pressure. trigger wheel looked fine during removal.

i do get a reading for RPM on the scan tool indicating to me that the CPS, trigger wheel, and circuit is working?

any advice?
