2014 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Auto Firenze Red

New rear wiper motor stops in random position

Fitted new rear wiper motor today but it stops in a random position as you will in see in video.

I've checked all fixings are tight.

Any help appreciated. Life's too short, enjoy yourself
