Fuel pump nozzle won’t fit in filler

I’m having problems with my 2013 TD4. The diesel pump nozzle seem to not connect home fully. This means it takes ages to slowly fill up as the auto stop on the pump keeps kicking in .
Any ideas ?

If you do not have the misfuel tool do what I did make one out of a piece o coat hanger wire, bend it into a U shape and bend two prongs up and use that to reset the flap.
