Late MY door mirror element ohms?

I’ve been suffering from very poor de misting of my MY15 door mirrors. My MY10 old style mirrors clear fast and feel nice and warm to the touch, where as my MY15 ones feel hardly warm.
Measuring the elements I get 13.7ohms on the MY15 and 6.7ohms on the MY10, so the early ones are about twice the wattage.
I ordered a replacement aftermarket glass and that too measured at 13.7ohms, but I noticed the markings on the back plastic of the glass were identical. So maybe the previous owner had replaced the glass at some point from the same source as my new glass.
If there is anyone with a late model FL2 (post 2010) that has mirrors that de mist well and even better know 100% they are genuine LR and wouldn’t mind posting their element resistance I would be very grateful.

Nigel
