Help! Front parking sensor problem (again)

I'm hoping that one of you kind boffins will be able to solve this age-old parking sensor problem. I've searched the forum, but cannot find the definitive answer to this particular question.
The front parking sensors emit a constant beep when I put the car into reverse (with the engine running). I've plugged in my Autel AP200 and there is no fault code associated with the Parking Assist Control Module (PAM) but if I delve further and display the live data, I can see that the sensors are receiving 14.5V. If I switch off the engine, the sensors then receive 12V and the constant beep stops. I have then checked each sensor in turn and each one is behaving as it should, which tells me that the sensors are working correctly (or are they?).
Now, the posts in the forum talk about water ingress, or damaged wiring, and over-voltage, but the question I need answering is;
Is the over-voltage causing the sensor/s to break down and therefore sending an incorrect signal back to the PAM?
Do I replace all four sensors (probably the easiest) instead of replacing/swapping each one in turn?
What sensors do I buy? (MY09)
What is the easiest/quickest method for removing the front bumper? -------------------------------------------------------------
