I'm guessing it might be battery but I cannot find further info.

2010 Freelander 2 TD4_e GS Manual Biscay Blue

I can’t view your link, but I also sometimes get two chimes on startup. No sign of an error on the display.
It’s not every time on startup and has me guessing as well.
